Hello, my name is Patrick Stappleton. Thank you for visiting my property blog.

I started my career in property working for a large corporate Estate Agent in Eastbourne, East Sussex in 1987. Since then I have held every role possible from Negotiator to Company Trainer to Branch Manager and now to Managing Director and have amassed a wealth of knowledge in Residential Sales, Lettings and property Management along the way.

I have lived in Bexhill-On-Sea since 1987 and I have watched my town grow into the place it is today. In 2000, I established my own Estate Agency, Redwell Estates, which has now grown to offer comprehensive services in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings and Property Management.

I am passionate about property and I enjoy assisting people navigate their way through property transactions or advising on issues that arise during the management of their portfolio. Whether you are looking to add to your portfolio or looking to secure your first buy-to-let property I would be delighted to assist you with my experience.
